Meet Mrs. Taylor

Mrs. Taylor is passionate about the wellness and mental health of others.  She loves those she works with and feels honored to help. She strives to assure that everyone finds their purpose in difficult situations, through problem solving, processing and gaining a toolset for life skills!

Hello everyone!  I was a classroom teacher several years and know exactly what it's like to be in a classroom with kids who need more, but unable to find the resources to help.  I also know parents and teachers who feel lost and need some extra supports and ideas to care for their children, or you could be in need and trying to problem solve yourself (GOOD FOR YOU)!  If this is you, this is your spot!  Finding help and having tools that you can use quickly is needed, and if you find this website helpful, please subscribe below to get all the current information as it becomes available.

With over 20 years experience, I have put together a variety of resources to help in your wellness walk.  Every tool you find on my website is targeted to help in the areas of mental health and well being.  Not only can everything you see on this website be used from pre-K to adulthood, it can also be a fun site for some down time and a break in your daily work life.  The CALMING ROOM is so much fun, you won't want to leave!

I am currently the Dean for a Colorado school district.  I have experience in every grade level, Kinder through High School, worked directly with the Department of Human Services and interned and mentored for over 2000 hours in adult personal and marriage & family counseling.  I received my first Master's in Counseling at West Texas A&M with an emphasis in Marriage and Family and then pursued a 2nd Master's in Administration through Arizona State University.  I continue to be a Trainer of Trainers for the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) working with others so that they are able to perform their jobs well.  This includes confidentially going into the workplace to restore employee relationships so that discipline action takes place and employees can move forward with success while building positive relationships.  I am always enthusiastic to share my knowledge of restoring relationships and making the workplace environment one that helps the employees desire to be there and also increase the desire to succeed in work output.

The big take away that I have learned thus far, you can never have enough resources when it comes to your well being and learning how relationships play a huge part in how well you succeed in all you do.  Search, learn and thrive to be the best you can and it will reap rewards you never imagined!
